Delivery and pick-up of goods
* The standard delivery time is 3-7 working days, unless otherwise specified for a particular product. We deliver goods to pick-up points throughout Latvia. More detailed information about delivery costs and pick-up locations is provided below.
The minimum shopping cart amount for the online store shop.velo.velopark.lv is €14.99.
The service of issuing goods at Velopark store is free of charge. You can find the store’s working hours and coordinates HERE.
If you have chosen to receive the item(s) at the Velopark store, the item(s) will be delivered there within 3-7 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the chosen item(s). We will notify you via email or SMS. We look forward to you picking up your order within 3 (three) calendar days. After this period, the order will be cancelled, and the ordered items will be sent back to the warehouse.
To receive the order, you need to present a valid identification document and the order number. If someone else is picking up your order, please specify them as the recipient when placing the order. If the buyer is a legal entity, a power of attorney must be presented.
If you have chosen delivery of goods to an Omniva pick-up point, they will be delivered within 3-7 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the chosen item(s).
Important! Delivery of the order to an Omniva parcel locker is possible only if the items do not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (39 x 38 x 64) and weight (up to 30 kg). Service fee for delivery to Omniva – €2.49.
