We charge a security deposit for each rented unit (bicycle, electric bicycle or accessory) according to the amounts specified in the rental agreement.

Security deposit ammounts:

The security deposit will be charged at the moment of the signation of the rental agreement in cash or by booking it on the customer's bank account. The security deposit will be refunded in full to the customer's account after returning the rented unit to Velopark within 48 hours.

To fulfill the delivery of bicycles to a convenient place for you in Jurmala, we ask you to:

• make the reservation on our website or by phone number +37128813335 within 18:00 of the previous day
• notify us of the address where you want to pick up the bike (we will contact you to note te address)
• choose an available from the offered time slots

We please you as well to note that:

• delivery is possible for bicycles with whole day reservation
• the point of delivery and collection of the bike must be the same
